I served at Surya Prabha Mills Private Limited, Coimbatore, for 10 years as an Quality Officer. At the age of 36, I embarked on my journey to pursue Chartered Accountancy (CA) and Company Secretary (CS), completing both successfully by the age of 41 in 2012. Since then, I have been engaged in individual practice, specializing in Taxation, Auditing, and Share Valuation.

I successfully completed my Chartered Accountancy (CA) qualification in January 2024. Following a brief tenure at PwC, I discovered my true passion lay in offering professional services through my own practice. My core expertise includes income tax litigation and share valuation, as well as ensuring the seamless execution of audit and tax compliance services.

I started my Tax Consultancy Practice during the year 1990 at the age of 27 years. During the year 2015, I started my practicing career as a Company Secretary. Our areas of practice include VAT and GST appeals, Income Tax compliance, Company Annual Returns, Registered Valuation (IBBI) under Securities and Financial assets (SFA), Social Audits, and Trade Mark consultancy.
